Please be advised that we have been contacted by FRAUD STOPPERS in regard to certain statements that you have made about FRAUD STOPPERS that are untrue and inaccurate.

FRAUD STOPPERS informs us that you have made false accusations against FRAUD STOPPERS that they have engaged in activities that are criminal in nature. FRAUD STOPPERS tells us that the allegations are completely untrue. Such statements are defamation.

Defamation applies if: “A statement is defamatory if it “tends to injure the plaintiff’s reputation and expose the plaintiff to public hatred, contempt, ridicule, or degradation.” Phipps v. Clark Oil & Ref. Corp., 408 N.W.2d 569, 573 (Minn. 1987).”

Defamation per se statements are so egregious that they will always be considered defamatory and are assumed to harm the plaintiff’s reputation, without further need to prove that harm. In Illinois, a statement that does any of the following things amounts to defamation per se:

• indicates that the plaintiff is infected with a loathsome communicable disease;
• indicates that the plaintiff is unable to perform or lacks integrity in performing his or her employment duties;
• attributes to the plaintiff a lack of ability or otherwise harms the plaintiff in his or her profession; or
• accuses the plaintiff of engaging in adultery or fornication.

II. CFLA CONSUMER RELATED INFORMATION

In or about December 2018, CFLA, sent a Freedom of Information Act Request to the CFPB requesting copies of any and all complaints submitted to the FTC or FFPB referencing “CFLA” or regarding “CFLA” at any time since 2010.[iii] The results of this FOIAR yielding great information about the nature of the complaints from consumers concerning CFLA. Interesting to learn that the FTC and the CFPB had received 42 complaints regarding CFLA, however, only 3 of these complaints had CFLA named as the party/entity that the complaint was against (one in 2010, 2016, and 2018). In fact, the far standing majority of these complaints were as against Banks / Servicers, or other banking institutions with CFLA being represented in the complaint as assisting in the complaint process. Of the 3 complaints listed in the entire CFPB database regarding CFLA, 2 of them had already been refunded in their entirety, and only one consumer, a resident of the North Pole Alaska’s complaint still remained unresolved due to his difficulty traveling by sled to the CFLA Attorney Referral in Anchorage, AK.

Only 1 such consumer complaint existed since 2010 claiming “Fraud” which is the consumer from North Pole, AK. It means that every complaint will be taken seriously and every customer will be treated fairly and with respect. It means if a customer did not receive what they expected, the company will work with that customer to fix the issue. It means that if a customer requests a refund and if there is any reasonable basis for that request, we expect the customer will be given a prompt refund (some refund requests may not be reasonable, so this does not mean a refund is guaranteed in every case). “Making things right” can mean lots of different things to different people, but our point is this – by working closely with the company or individual to resolve any disputes, Ripoff Report can track the footprints of customer service to ensure that our Corporate Advocacy Program members are doing everything they can to treat customers fairly and to increase their customer satisfaction. Mr. Storm Bradford and the mortgagefraudexaminers have been reported to the bar association for pretending to be a lawyer and have been reported to the Ripoff Report (see below) for scamming homeowners and other companies.

IF your product is good, just sell it. But what do you say about a guy who uses a fake name on the internet, scams homeowners, while pretending to be a law firm, while he actually buys and sells securitized mortgages to and from (for) the banks…. It’s no wonder if you listen to Storming Norman’s mouth running rampant over the internet or this video.

Storm Bradford from the mortgage fraud examiners claims no one wins any cases on anything except what he focuses on (appraisal fraud). At least that’s the impression you would get if you watched his video or spoke on the phone.

But that is a patently false because here’s just one case where someone won and he had nothing to do with this case:

But what does that say about a guy who uses a fake name on the Internet, purchases a whole bunch of websites, talks bad about all of his competitors, pretends to be a lawyer, or makes the appearance of trying to be a lawyer or law firm, a guy who is selling a product that cannot be used in court for as much as $7500, meanwhile he’s purchasing and selling mortgage backed securities (mortgages and reverse mortgages) to and from banks, all the while he is badmouthing his competitors, to make himself look good of course, (why else would somebody do that), while he’s simultaneously trying to strong arm the competitor for money in exchange for him to stop spreading his smear campaign of lies and slander about them? Honestly, if all this is true, what would you think about a person like this?

I think this person lacks honor and integrity. The Bible states judge not least you be judged.
